    Bruce Hazard

    Recently retired, Bruce spent his professional career in healthcare supply chain at Rose Medical Center and the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver, CO. Over the years Bruce held leadership positions in purchasing, contracting and system administration. The last 10 years he served as administrator for the requisition, purchasing, contracting and inventory systems at the University Of Colorado Hospital. Responsibilities included matching hospital needs with system features, application testing and project planning and oversight.

    After graduating from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX with a BA in Business Administration, Bruce spent 4 years in the Army stationed in Germany where he came to appreciate German engineering. Bruce took delivery of his first BMW at the factory in November 1972. After traveling 340K miles across Europe and the US including many BMW CCA Oktoberfest’s, it is being loving restored by Bruce.

    Bruce comes to the Foundation as an active member of the BMW CCA since 1975 having served as a chapter officer in one capacity or another since 1977. Most recently he completed 10 years on the BMW CCA Board of Directors and the last 7 as president.

    Bruce is passionate about club life and leveraging the skills and programs that chapters have developed for their members to train teen drivers thru the Foundations Street Survival program.
