Official "Bimmer or Boxster" Contest Rules

1. ENTRY: Contest is sponsored by the BMW Car Club of America Foundation ("Foundation") and offered in advertisements in selected automotive publications, through direct mail advertisements and on-line at www.bmwccafoundation.org. To enter, do any one of the following: A) Complete official entry form printed on the direct mail advertisement, also available for download from www.bmwccafoundation.org, Insert the completed form and your contribution to the Foundation in an envelope and mail to BMW CCA Foundation, P. O. Box 3849, Greenville, SC 29608 B) Visit www.bmwccafoundation.org and complete and submit the sponsorship contribution form available there, along with payment for the sponsorship level desired. C. Visit http://drive.bmwccafoundation.org using payment by credit card (MasterCard/Visa), filling in all the information including email address, D. To receive an entry without a contribution, on a 3"x5" card hand-print your name, complete address, day telephone number and e-mail address, and mail card by first-class mail to the above address postmarked by June 15, 2007 for receipt by June 20, 2007. Only one entry per stamped envelope. Three levels of contribution are suggested as follows: Sport level sponsorship is $25 and will receive one Contest entry, Premium level sponsorship is $50 and will receive three Contest entries and Performance level sponsorship is $100 and will receive seven Contest entries. There is a limit of five (5) sponsorships per household regardless of sponsorship level or five (5) entries per household without contribution. All entries become the property of the Foundation and will not be returned. Incomplete entries are invalid. Submission of the electronic form will imply that you have read and understood entry rules and requirements. No Contribution, Obligation or Purchase Necessary. The Foundation is not responsible for mailed entries that are late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage-due, or for telephone system, computer hardware, software or program malfunctions or other failure errors, delayed transmissions, network connections, or data loss whatsoever. The Foundation, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of the Contest rules. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the Foundation's control compromise or corrupt the Contest. The Contest ends at 11:59 pm, June 15, 2007.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States, age 21 or older with a valid driver's license. Employees and directors of the BMW Car Club of America Foundation, BMW Group and its dealers, their advertising and promotion agencies, the parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies of the foregoing entities and the members of the immediate families (spouse and parents, children, siblings and their spouses) or households of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE PER EACH 7,500 ENTRIES: A 2007 BMW 335i Coupe (base model), BMW 328i Hardtop Cabrio (base model), Porshce Boxster (base model) or $40,000 will awarded for each 7,500 entries. The winner shall be responsible for all State, federal and local income taxes, any sales and use taxes, insurance and any other related taxes, fees and charges. The winner shall receive an IRS Form 1099 and shall be required to provide his or her Social Security Number prior to the award of the prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Foundation and its agencies to use winner's name, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any media, worldwide, without further payment or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Harte- Hanks, an independent judging organization, on or about July 1, 2007, from all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final on all matters relating to this Contest. Prize will be awarded and the winner notified via e-mail and/or postal mail, as well as posted on the Foundation web site at www.bmwccafoundation.org. Winner must execute any required affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Odds of winning will be 1 in 7,500, regardless of the number of entries received.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winner will be responsible for all applicable license, title, registration and destination fees and for all taxes (including sales tax, except where prohibited) on prize and for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of prize and not specified herein as part of the prize. Winner must accept prize within thirty (30) days of notice of availability or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No prize transfer or substitution. Alternative cash value is $40,000.

6. GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree (a) to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Foundation and the judges which shall be final in all matters relating to the Contest; (b) to hold harmless and release the Foundation, their advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective directors, officers and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages or losses whatsoever arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance and use of the prize; (c) that none of the foregoing entities are responsible for damaged, late, lost, misdirected mail, entries or communications; and (d) that their name and address may be used by the Foundation for mailing of promotional, advertising and solicitation material. The Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Contest at any time without notice in the event that technical or human error or other circumstances corrupt its conduct or operation.

8. WINNER'S LIST: Name of winner will be posted on www.bmwccafoundation.org between June 15, 2007 and July 10, 2007. It will also be available by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The "Bimmer or Boxster" Sponsorship Drive Winner's List, P. O. Box 3849, Greenville, SC 29608.
